A lawyer, entrepreneur and co-founder of ASAPCorp, Luís Falleiros combines legal experience, business insight and operational management to simplify document, corporate and regulatory processes in Brazil. He holds a law degree from PUC-SP, a specialization in Civil Procedure and an Executive MBA from Insper. He leads solutions that bring together technical rigor, efficiency and governance to help Brazilian and international companies manage critical processes with confidence.

A lawyer, entrepreneur and co-founder of ASAPCorp, Lawrence Santini helps oversee work involving business formation and regulatory compliance, with particular attention to corporate acts and filings and the proper sequencing of each stage. He holds a law degree from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and has worked at a high-performing law firm.
